This full bodied Sauvignon Blanc based blend offers a variation of fruit characters including ripe gooseberry, green peppers, green melon and hints of tropical fruit.
This wine is best enjoyed young to capture its fresh fruit flavours and crisp acidity. Can be cellared for about 1 to 3 years.
Pair with cheeses like goat cheese or fresh mozzarella complement the wine’s acidity or tomato and basil bruschetta or other light appetizers can make for a delightful pairing.
Serve at 7-9 Deg.
