The 2024 Groote Post Vineyards Seasalter is a Sauvignon Blanc wine that is a blend of 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Semillon.
Aromas of fresh apple, passion fruit, blackcurrant, fynbos, sea-breeze, and oak. On the palate, dry and medium-bodied with tropical fruit flavors, a strong mineral backbone, and a long, fruit-driven finish.
Drinking well now and will cellar for another 3 to 5 years.
Serve at 7-9 Deg.
Pair with dishes like sushi, sashimi, or Thai salads work well due to their fresh and zesty flavours.
