Description
One is welcomed by intense blackcurrant leaf and a hint of asparagus aromas. This is followed by a myriad of tropical flavours, passion fruit, mango, with grape fruit taking the lead. The palate is alive with zesty green pepper nuances, which flow into a slight saline and seaweed character – a great example of this site-specific Sauvignon Blanc.
Light vegetarian pasta with fresh herbs or scallops in a fresh citrus jus topped with marinated orange peel is a perfect match.
