Beautiful deep ruby colour, with slightly pink edge and deep red core. On the nose, round, full with black fruit flavours of black cherries, plums and blueberries. Very expressive. The palate is well balanced with fruits of the forest, spice, black pepper, dark chocolate and coffee. This wine shows well on the finish with good presence of acidity and medium to high tannins, which indicate good longevity. Well-structured with good body.
Serve at 12-15 Deg.
Drinking well now and will improve with in the next 4 years.
Pair with rib-eye steaks or slow cooked lamb shanks.
