This Chenin Blanc can be enjoyed young for its fresh and fruity character, but it also has good cellaring potential. If stored properly, it can develop more complexity over the next 3 to 5 years.
Pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes: Grilled fish, shellfish, or sushi, as the wine’s acidity complements the freshness of the seafood or roast chicken or duck with fruit-based sauces will enhance the wine’s fruitiness.
