Description

88% Clairette Blanche, 12% Riesling. Fermented on the skins for six days in stainless steel tank before being transferred to old 228L barrels. Engaging aromatics of citrus, peach, potpourri and spice. Lovely fruit expression, bright acidity and finish that is saline and slightly grippy in texture. Layered and long.
Pairs well with light-bodied dishes like salads, seafood, light meats and zesty salads.
Can be enjoyed now or cellar at a cool temperature for 1-2 years.
Serve at 7-12 Deg.
