Blend : 35% Petit Verdot, 28.5% Merlot, 22% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9.5% Malbec, 5% Cabernet Franc
The Rouge shows a deep ruby colour with garnet highlights. The generous bouquet suggests blackcurrant, with scents reminiscent of red berries, spices, and vanilla. The wine is amply structured – full, round and smooth on the palate with rich fruit and length of flavour.
Serve at 12-15 Deg.
Pair with steak, beef stew, BBQ beef short ribs, lamb chops or lamb stew.
