On release it has a pale lemon-green colour and an intense aroma that recalls fresh citrus and stone fruit. Light to medium bodied mouth feel and lingering acidity all in perfect balance.

Drinking well now and will cellar well for another 4-5 years
Best served with fresh fish, shellfish, or ceviche are excellent matches that highlight the wine’s acidity.
