100% Chardonnay
A smooth and refined palate of green apples and melon on the nose followed through with hints of tangerine. Fine bubbles with a crisp acid to finish off this Blanc de Blanc.
A festive aperitif, but can be used widely with white fish and seafood!
Best served very well chilled.
