Description
Blend: 38% Grenache Blanc, 24% Roussanne, 21% Marsanne, 14% Chardonnay, 3% Chenin Blanc
A layered and aromatic bouquet, opening with notes of peach and apricot, intertwined with subtle tropical undertones of pineapple and guava. Orange blossom and honeysuckle elegantly emanate with time, while flavours of ripe pear, yellow apple and lemon curd are balanced by underlying fine acidity. This wine has a silky texture which is complimented by the judicious use of wood, allowing a baking spice and toasted almonds to come to the fore.
Serve at : 7-9 Deg
Best served with satay chicken, spiced pork shoulder or tagine.
