Description
An exclusive and limited-edition varietal grown on the only Barbarossa hectare (one of four in the world planted in 1978) in Southern Africa. Minimal water was administered to the vines during growth to maintain sustainable quality with the grapes being picked at night due to high heat volumes in March.
Aromas of red fruit, chocolate and spices including black cherry, plum sauce, black figs, carob and cinnamon. A velvety smooth finish with subtle notes of red berry fruits.
A brilliant wine to pair with rich, hearty foods like roasted lamb, braised meat, stuffed pasta, or mature cheeses.
Serve at 16-18 Deg.
Enjoy now through to 2029.
