Description
This Shiraz shows ripe black fruit like plums and black currant on the nose, with hints of white pepper and cloves. The intense black fruit flavour follows on the palate, supported by a fresh acidity and firm tannin structure.
Minimum filtration prior to bottling ensures the intensity and depth of the wine. Some sediment may form over time.
Served with barbequed, glazed lamb and grilled vegetables.
Serve at 12-15 Deg.
Drinking beautifully now and will rewards for a decade or more.
