Description
The bouquet a mélange of plums, dark chocolate and savoury notes with subtle aromas of Karoo shrub. The wine is plush on entry with the savoury notes following through. Fine tannins allow for the bright, opulent red and black fruits to linger on the palate.
Enjoy on its own or with a juicy cheese burger or mushroom pizza.
Serve at 12-15 Deg.
Drinking well now and will cellar well for another 3 years.
