Description
This Cabernet show lots of ripe red berries and crushed, dried herbs with a hint of graphite on the bouquet. The juicy palate follows with fresh black cherries and just enough tannin provide the typical Cabernet “backbone”. These supple tannins round out the mouthfeel with subtle flavours reminiscent of violets on the finish.
A fun and easy drinking wine to be enjoyed on its own or with friends over a great meal and will reward careful cellaring for the next 2 to 3 years.
Pair with juicy steaks, lamb chops or grilled burgers.
Drinking well now and can be cellared for another 8 years.
