Blend : Shiraz 60% (Stellenbosch), Cinsault 29% (Stellenbosch), Mourvèdre 11% (Stellenbosch)
An enchanting medium ruby hue. A sweet entry, with round velvety tannins and a youthful freshness.
On the nose: fresh cherry, ripe blackberry, with hints of thyme, black pepper, vanilla and cigar box. The medium bodied weight gives way to a sweet, spicey and fruitful finish.
Pairs well with with lamb, duck or fillet on the braai.
