The Krone Night Nectar Demi Sec is pale lemon-yellow with expressive aromas of baked golden apples, pie crust and almonds. The palate is full and rich with flavours of lemon drops, sweet yellow apple and subtle marzipan flavours. Ending with a plush, sweet mousse with refreshing acidity and expansive finish.
Serve well chilled.
Pair with naked oysters, Ricotta and roasted tomato bruschetta with pancetta and lime-dressed angelfish ceviche.
