Grapes are selected from prime vineyards in the Agter Paarl region, in this case low yielding bush vines to produce this quality and style. Cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation the wine is stored on the lees until bottled to maintain the zesty freshness and fruit flavours.
