Description
Blend : Cabernet Sauvignon 38%, Merlot 26%, Petit Verdot 14%, Malbec 12% and Cabernet Franc 10%
Deep ruby hue with a vibrant bouquet of cassis, red currant, and plum, subtly complemented by hints of cedar and tobacco leaf. The palate delivers a seamless fusion of ripe black fruit, earthy undertones, and integrated oak, supported by fine-grained tannins. A full bodied wine with remarkable balance and a refined, lingering finish.
The Saronsberg Seismic is crafted for longevity and will continue to evolve for 8–12 years under proper cellaring conditions. Over time, expect the tannins to soften further, revealing additional layers of complexity and a more profound integration of flavours.
Serve at 16-18 Deg.
Pair with hearty, savoury dishes like steak, lamb chops and roast or braised beef.
