Description
Blend: 95% Cabernet Sauvignon & 5% Petit Verdot.
Components are selected from the best 5 barrels of the vintage. This wine also relies on a synergy of elements; unique Stellenbosch grapes, grown in mineral rich soil, ripened by the African sun and soothed by her breezes. These parts all make up what a fine textured and well-balanced wine with firm, ripe tannins. Cassis notes are supported by lovely hints of red fruit.
Open now, or cellar for eight to ten years.
This is a red meat wine, game or beef dishes would pair well with it.
Serve at 16-18 Deg.
