Description
Silcrete is a lithological term for a strongly hardened rock composed mainly of inherited quartz grains. These rocky soils are ideal for growing Cinsault.
Our fruit come from 30-year-old dryland bush vines, yielding a fragrant wine with intense fruit aromas and lacy tannins. Aged in large and old wooden barrels to add complexity and balance.
A very approachable fresh, red fruit driven nose gives way to earthy and savoury flavours along with a soft delicate tannin structure that creates a velvety texture.
Serve at 12-15 Deg.
Enjoy now through to 2028.
