Description
This ruby-red wine has a herbaceous edge and black olive tapenade tones with plums, blackberries and cherries on the nose. Plums and blackberries carry through onto a rich, round palate with hints of mint and salinity on the finish.
A free-range rack of lamb is a brilliant accompaniment. Also good with roasted root vegetables.
Best served at 12-15 Deg.
