Description
Delicate and light, but not lacking. Notes of vibrant red fruit, strawberries and cherries with a floral character of fynbos true to its origin. The slightest hint of sweet spice for added complexity.
Pairs well with lighter dishes like grilled chicken or seafood pasta. It also complements dishes with rich flavors like roasted lamb, braised pork, or duck.
Enjoyable now and if cellared correctly it can age for another 8-9 years.
