Description
Matured for 23 months in barrel, 40% new. Dark berries, violets, a subtle herbal note and pencil shavings on the nose. The palate is full bodied but beautifully balanced with succulent fruit, bright acidity and fine tannins with a long and dry finish.
Pair with grilled meats (lamb or beef) and roasted vegetables.
This wine can be enjoyed now and has cellaring potential of 5 to 10 years, allowing it to develop more complexity over time.
Serve at 16-18 Deg.
