Description
Blend: 60% Shiraz/Syrah, 39% Pinotage and 1% Viognier
The nose shows dark cherries, strawberries, bitter chocolate and cured meat. The palate is light and lively with great fruit and fine powdery tannins with the same cherry notes following through on to the palate along with rooibos tea and touch of oak spice.
Serve at 16-18 Deg.
This wine pairs well with grilled meats and pasta dishes, particularly those with tomato-based sauces. Its bright fruit and balanced acidity make it versatile enough for various hearty dishes.
